Our Solar Thermal water heating system
works in conjunction with your existing hot water system
to ensure a regular supply of hot water. Solar thermal
panels collect energy from the sun and convert it into
heat. This heat is then transferred to your hot water
cylinder to provide you with hot water. A suitably sized
system could be expected to provide up to 25-30% of your
annual hot water requirements.
• Solar Panels (solar
collectors)
Solar Panels are fitted to the roof. The solar panels
collect the sun's radiation through an absorber plate
and turn it into heat.
• Hot Water Solar Cylinder
The hot water cylinder stores the hot water that is
transferred from the solar panels.
• Solar Controller
The Solar Controller regulates the temperature of water
supplied to hot taps, shower etc.
